Ruined 84th Birthday with Frozen, Dead Delivery. I am from Missouri and my 84-year-old aunt lives in Dallas. Her birthday was February 1, 2011, last Tuesday.

I called Milles Fleurs because they were close to her house and they had good reviews online.

The weather in Dallas on her birthday was very cold, in the 20's, and ice was in the forecast. My aunt was home all day waiting for the delivery I told her would come. I gave the florist both my phone number and hers in case any questions arose.

All day, no delivery or phone calls from Milles Fleurs. I had ordered an English garden basket with live plants for $100 plus paid a $13 delivery charge.

Early in the evening, my aunt looked outside and found the basket had been left on her front porch without so much as a knock, a doorbell ring or a phone call. The plants were all frozen and dead.

Both of us have been trying to call Milles Fleurs since then. We have only gotten the answering machine and have left messages. However, no return call is forthcoming.

I have never seen a business with so little respect for their customers. Dallas has many, many florists. Next occasion I will choose one who will offer a quality product and service for my money. This company is horrible.

UNHAPPY in St. Louis and Dallas.

Mille Fleurs goes out of their way to be helpful.. I just had a WONDERFUL experience ordering Birthday flowers through Mille Fleurs for a friend that I had lost contact with. I live in Nevada. My friend lives in Dallas. I picked Mille Fleurs because they had won The Best of Citysearch. The ordering was easy on line, but I had the wrong address........My friend had moved 3 years ago. Nick, at Mille Fleurs helped me track down her new address in the area. He didn't deliver until he was sure she was there to receive them. It took an extra day to find her (my fault) and they redid the flowers so they would be perfectly fresh. I had allowed an extra day and they arrived exactly on her Birthday. The people at Mille Fleurs were so helpful and pleasant. It was amazing service! I am thrilled! If I lived nearer I would use them everytime.

The ARE the best!. There is a reason they have won the best florist in the best of , three years in a row. Their flowers are ALWYS fresh, the desgins unique and the service fantastic. If you are looking for the best florist in the dallas / addison area, call this florist: Mille Fleurs

Beautiful and Unique. I've been a customer of Miller Fleurs for many years and I continue to be amazed at the beautiful work they do, every time without fail. The flowers and arrangements they provided for my daughter's wedding were unlike any I?ve seen. Recently I needed to order flowers for a funeral. Wanting something special and unique, but having no idea of what that might be, I left the decision up to Mille Fleurs. They made the most beautiful white-basket arrangement of absolutely gorgeous fresh flowers. I was so pleased! That's what I really love about Miller Fleurs; if I want to order something really unique, but don?t have a clue, I just leave it up to them and they always come through and make me proud. They are endlessly creative and their flowers are always the freshest; no bruised or days-old flowers like you might receive from other florists. And the folks at Mille Fleurs are so nice. They really make one feel that their order is very special. I know that I can trust them to make and deliver a flower arrangement that will stand out among all others, every time.

Elegance Meets Contemporary. Mille Fleurs flower shop boasts superb customer service with the most eloquent, fresh and highest quality flowers to match it. Every arrangement never ceases to amaze me as the brilliant, vivid colors and unique styles of arrangement of the flowers captivate my imagination and brings me into a new world of appreciation. I no less than highly recommend this place because it feels like you can never get enough flowers from them! Mille Fleurs is a shop in it's own class and if you're looking for flowers anywhere in the Dallas metroplex, look no further because this is the one you're looking for!

Voted best of florist for a reason!. I chose this florist because they were voted the best of, by citysearch users and I can see why! The flower arrangement that I ordered was fantastic. The fresh bouquet was full and crisp, the buds not completly open and the colors were bright and inviting. I even had a saturday delivery and it got there on-time. amazing! They have hard to find flowers as well, so I would highly reccommened them.

The most beautiful arrangements. Getting flowers from here is a special experience. The bouquets somehow seem brighter and fuller. If you are looking for a Dallas florist, or a new floral shop in Dallas or Addison, try this one first. I am sending a bouquet for a Thanksgiving day centerpiece to a friend as a result of receiving a birthday bouquet from this location. Their flowers are fresh, the service pleasant and the value good. It?s no wonder they won the Best florist in Dallas award last year.

Best Florist..... Mille Fleurs has the most unique and contempory designs, the flowers are fresh and beautiful as well as the customer service is top notch. Definitely would recommend Mille Fleurs to any one looking for flowers to light up the ambience of a room... or make someone feel special...

Mille Fleurs has the best flower arrangements in Dallas/Ft.Worth and in the US. Mille Fleurs is an outstanding florist -- an impeccable taste and creativity in designing floral arrangements, top expertise and knowledge of flowers/plants.

Very friendly and RELIABLE service

I've tried florists all over the world and US and Mille Fleurs is by far the best.
