The Scene – Village Parkway shopping center is home to this 13,000-square-foot spa and salon. Under high ceilings, built-in planters add lush foliage to the blond wood, frosted glass and black leather chairs. Robes are donned in a no-frills locker area, where patrons are also provided ankle socks instead of spa sandals--the facility's expanses of taupe-colored tile can get cold underfoot. Spa-goers in the waiting lounge often snuggle up in a blanket to get warm and cozy. The clientele ranges from long-lunching businesswomen to clusters of college girls. – – The Services…
The most amazing experience EVER!

I love spas and I love pampering my self. From the moment I called the grand spa the level of customer service was amazing. I think I talked to a manager because she said she had worked there for a long time, (any how she had really awesome funky red hair ) She was informative and willing to answer any questions.
When I walked in the doors I was greeted and literally it was an instant relaxation feeling and mood, just what I needed!
I had a massage just last night by Renee and let me tell you he was amazing, in my book the best massage I have ever had. I just do believe I have found my permanent massage therapist. No more jumping from spa to spa!
I am looking forward to trying other services!

I flew into Dallas for a weekend and researched the spas before I arrived. The best mix of products I was looking for were all at the Grand Spa! I had a perfect day with an ionithermie treatment (only found 60 places nationwide), a delicious massage and great hair analysis, repair, cut and style with Tre! The manager checked on me personally and wanted real input, not just the good stuff! I live in Wyoming and can't wait to return. When I do it is the only place I will go!
- Pros: Atmosphere, the different areas and people working together getting you from one treatment to another

I went to Grand Spa for a stress break. I scheduled a facial, and decided to get my hair cut while I was there. I have a regular hairstylist, and am very picky about my hair. So I was thinking that I might have been a bit rash in making the quick decision to get it cut at Grand Spa. However, I was SO PLEASANTLY suprised. Erik did a GREAT job, and made me feel at ease. I left with a great cut, and a refreshed attitude. My facial was great too. I just got the basic European one, but my individual skin needs were addressed, and it was extra relaxing with the included hand treatment and mini neck massage. I think everyone should treat themselves to a break every now and then. Now when I need one, I know just where to go.
- Pros: Attentive Staff, Relaxing Atmosphere
- Cons: Valet Parking would be a great touch
