The Scene
Village Parkway shopping center is home to this 13,000-square-foot spa and salon. Under high ceilings, built-in planters add lush foliage to the blond wood, frosted glass and black leather chairs. Robes are donned in a no-frills locker area, where patrons are also provided ankle socks instead of spa sandals--the facility's expanses of taupe-colored tile can get cold underfoot. Spa-goers in the waiting lounge often snuggle up in a blanket to get warm and cozy. The clientele ranges from long-lunching businesswomen to clusters of college girls.
The Services
A lengthy menu includes facial, body and scalp treatments using some of the world's foremost and fanciest product lines: Phytomer, Sothys, M.D. Formulations and Rene Furterer. Six different massages are offered, including an 80-minute sports massage featuring self-heating mud. More sophisticated services include full-body glycolic-acid treatments, airbrush sunless tanning, Botox injections and Japanese hair straightening.
The Details
Massage, body treatments, wet treatments, facials, medi-spa treatments, hair removal, sunless tanning, manicure/pedicure, full-service salon, makeup application.

I love spas and I love pampering my self. From the moment I called the grand spa the level of customer service was amazing. I think I talked to a manager because she said she had worked there for a long time, (any how she had really awesome funky red hair ) She was informative and willing to answer any questions. When I walked in the doors I was greeted and literally it was an instant relaxation feeling and mood, just what I needed! I had a massage just last night by Renee and let me tell you he was amazing, in my book the best massage I have ever had. I just do believe I have found my permanent massage therapist. No more jumping from spa to spa! I am looking forward to trying other services!

I have tried many spas in Dallas and I still would rate this one the overall best. For me it is all about the ambiance and this place delivers. They have a beautiful resting and waiting area with gorgeous water fountains. Their locker rooms are great with these wonderful 6 headed showers! The staff is super professional and want to make sure your experience is good. I will say they are pricey so I recommend you get on the web site and take advantage of their monthly specials!

I flew into Dallas for a weekend and researched the spas before I arrived. The best mix of products I was looking for were all at the Grand Spa! I had a perfect day with an ionithermie treatment (only found 60 places nationwide), a delicious massage and great hair analysis, repair, cut and style with Tre! The manager checked on me personally and wanted real input, not just the good stuff! I live in Wyoming and can't wait to return. When I do it is the only place I will go!
