Bad Service (via Telephone). Called on 08/19/2010, asked to speak with a manager, some young guy answered the phone and had the nerves to tell me to call back in 5 minutes.

Claim they were busy. Just imagine if I was a customer. I just called to ask a question, not to complain about any services or products.
