Consistancy and Flavor Make This Place a Staple For Lunch. Ok if you read any of my other reviews you will probably see me recommend this place, let me go ahead and say that for close to 3 years now I have eaten at this place at least 15-20 times a month. I over the years have taken probably 20 people there that are not part of our usual lunchtime group and everyone has been impressed.

The food here is wonderful, the Pho especially the Pho Tai is awesome with great flavor and a perfect balance of noodles and broth.

The Bun is what I would recommend everyone to try at least once the way they cook there chicken is its braised and cooked and has a phenomenal flavor. Large portions tend to point that its aimed at americans but trust me the food is as authentic as it gets.

There fish oil is also a little different than most its not as tangy as most places a good sweet mix that dosent overpower the food like many places I eat.

The spring rolls made here are in fact the best Ive tasted anywhere from east to west cost, they are rolled very tightly and not stuffed full of tons of greens to fill them out. The peanut sauce is thicker and taste more like peanut sauce unlike most other Pho places that tend to make a very watery mixture.

There food is always top notch and caters between a mixture of Vietnamese clients and Americans the service is very very prompt and they are super pleasant and remember you if you come in a few times.

Now I would like to hear some reviews from people who have tried some of the other places around DFW compared to this place, like I said this place I have taken a lot of people too and never had any complaints.
