Artistik Edge hair studio of Dallas and Richardson

DidntWork Out. I am really disappointed in the way I spend 140 for highlights and low-lights and my roots were still showing and my color looked exactly the same as it did when I walked in. I told the stylist Mandy I wanted to get the golden tone out of my hair, but that didn't happen. Plus my roots weren't even colored and showed my gray! WTH! Received a call from the salon to see what my experience was, and told her I was unhappy and that they would redo my hair at no cost. But every appt that I could make it to, was booked, and stylist was to go out of town. Was told the manager was going to call me to see if she could redo my hair, but that was over 2 weeks ago. I don't have alot of money to spend on myself alot, and was hoping to make myself feel good with a hair color that I loved, but ended up so unhappy and so upset that no one has called me back. I read ll these reviews thinking I would be going to a great place with great customer service, but I was wrong.…

Friendly Staff and a Great Cut. My regular salon was booked solid so I waited until I got to Dallas to get a haircut. I lucked out because I was able to walk right in and get with a stylist. The salon was very clean, a great menu of options and a front desk of women that were very accommodating. The girl gave me a relaxing head massage during my shampoo and followed my hairstyle perfectly. She was quick and efficient and the price that I paid was well worth the cut. If I’m in town again, I’ll certainly come here again.…
