Over the years I have used Service King and have always been satisfied. Professionalism, workmanship and customer service are tops.
Two weeks ago I was rear ended. Allstate pushed for me to go to their shop in Plano off of Hwy 5. Although Service King was on my mind, I chose to stop in and discuss the details of my needs. The staff at this shop gave me blank looks, appeared to me that I was a complete inconvenience, and they told me it would be two weeks before my car would even be looked at, let alone repaired.
I quickly gained my wits and drove to Service King on 75 and Spring Creek. As usual I was greeted warmly and professionally. I was introduced to Mike McCrady my service advisor. I explained my situation and desires to Mike. He listened and told me that the car would be repaired in the time frame I needed. I had doubts but I trusted Mike. To be honest, I figured when I returned that the car would be a few days longer.
Shame on me... I was able to use the website and know my car was repaired on time. Because of web site, I could make good plans to pick up my vehicle and not inconvenience others. When I arrived, the staff found my file immediately, processed the paperwork and brought the car to me in under 8 minutes.
