All I can say...Gorgeous!!! – Definetely 5 Stars! I love my hair!! It's Gorgeous!! I love it!!! Thank you Gino! You are the Master!! --I went from super dark hair to JLO hair :) No, really! When I sat in Gino's chair, he asked, "What are we doing to you?" I opened my iphone and showed him a picture of Jennifer Lopez. And he knew exatly what to do! He started to tell me what he was gonna do, highlights, color...I was like, "You do whatever, Gino!" .....few hours later....I gotta admit, I look better than JLO! ;-) Ha!! No, for real, my hair does look amazing. Gino cut my hair into long layers, with caramel highlights...perfect for summer. I love it!
karetin hair treatment – Gino has been my hairdresser for 10 years, and recentl y he advised me to try the Keratin treatment--what a difference ! My hair is very wavy and frizzy-this treatment has strenthend ,toned,and glorified my hair! I totally recommeded it for anyone who has "issues" with frizziness-and Gino is so knowledgable with any type of hair. Please --you must have this treatment-you will not be disappointed!
The most horrible experience – Hi everyone I am gonna tell you about my experience at the Gino Salon...
My husband and I recently moved into town and we wend ahead to try Gino Salon for color and cut for each one of us...
What a BAD and HORRIBLE experience we had.
Gino did my hair first and for some strange reason he kept going back and forth to the back of the salon, after the cut he started to blow dry my hair and left it half way wet ''as I am sitting down I am getting very frustrated with Gino and the poor service'' then he yells at the poor girl in the front and tells her to finish drying my hair... As you can imagine the result was not good at all and the cut was not even...
My husband's hair was shorter on one side more than the other... The prices was definitely NOT worth the service and the final result.
They are not professional.

Excellent Servie – Just went to Gino Salon for the first time and they were excellent. They are located on the NW corner of Frankford and Preston. The receptionist and the person that washed my hair (an assistant) were very friendly and helpful.
Younes (pronounced like Eunice) was excellent, used to own a salon in Manhattan and he is the one who dyed and cut my hair! Younes matched my hair directly to a picture I showed him in a magazine. I have brown hair naturally and it becomes red from the sun. it is very hard to get the red out of my hair when dying it. I have been to two salons trying to get the red out and just dye my hair a dark brown. He also cut my hair very well...into a modern style that will be easy to fix. He was also very friendly and nice. By the way, before I sat down, I watched him finish another client's hair and she was very happy w/ her haircut and bought a lot of product. Have to say, her hair looked great.
I saw another hair stylist there and his clients seemed very happy. He seemed very nice and was also very busy.
Debra Pak is the manager and she was very friendly and made sure that I was happy with the haircut and service.
You know it is a good salon when everyone is friendly and nice and seems to get along w/ everyone else.

Magnifico!!! Excellente!!!! Fantastico!!! – Thank you Gino and staff for giving me such a perfect hair treat and treatment during my recent visit to your Salon in Dallas.
I have been going to Ginos now for about four years and I must say that I’ve never looked and felt better about my hair than I do right now.
Gino and staff always do an excellent job with my highlights and I now have very long honey blond hair, accentuated with a beautiful color and texture, that complements my skin tone and personality.
I recently experienced my second keratin smoothing/strengthening treatment at the skillful and expert hands of Andrew, Debra, and Gino’s assistant who did a phenomenal job. My hair now looks very shiny and luscious without any frizz.
Gino Salon always works wonders and does a perfect job on my hair and the keratin treatment makes my hair even better and more attractive!!

Don't Tell - Yes I got Extensions - But NO ONE can tell! – So I've been going to Gino Salon for about four months now: got my highlights done 3 times, had the Keratin Smoothing/Strenghthening Treatment, and also had a full head of Hair Extensions (I'm totally hooked) put in.
Gino does my highlights (makes me the blonde I love to be).
Andrew (master stylist - and one of the coolest people I've ever met) has done the Keratin Straightening/Strengthening Treatment and my Extensions.
Overall - very simple salon but yet classy and comfortable
Gino (the owner, head master stylist and blonde-saving-GOD) will say “I’m the best” in his cute accent - and a part of you might think “yeah, yeah, yeah - that’s what they all say” But I found out that YES, I FINALLY found someone worthy of that title. Gino is most definitely the Best. He saved my totally wrecked (shhh don‘t tell anyone) not-naturally blonde hair from being a mop of yellow -brassiness. Now I have a genuine light blonde “hairstyle” that looks like I should be on the cover of a magazine. Thank you Gino!!
After being so impressed by Gino and Debra (the salon Manager) I decided to take better care of my hair and got the Keratin Smoothing/Strengthening Treatment. Andrew (master stylist and very cool person) did this - and it was worth EVERY PENNY!! I got this done about 8 weeks ago and my natural hair is still just as soft as the day I left the salon. Be sure to get the shampoo and condidtioner that goes with the Treatment - they make your hair stay feeling super soft. As for Andrew, I loved his personality,and his dedication to his craft. He is another stylist at Gino salon who has earned the title of the BEST. I felt so comfortable with Andrew's talents that I decided to get extensions (he's an extension specialist and has been doing them for YEARS not a few months, he isn't just hopping on the extension bandwagon). He matched my blonde hair perfectly. I have people all the time who can't tell I've had them put in. I LOVE THEM!!! Thank you Andrew. I think that is the biggest compliment for you Andrew - the fact that no one can tell that I've had extensions!

My Fabulous Red Hair – I've been to Gino's a few times and am thrilled that I have finally found what I'm looking for. The salon is a lovely and relaxing place. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about various products but not pushy. I will definitely continue to go back to Gino's.
Andrew has been my stylist and colorist for a while now. He is the most well versed colorists that I've ever been too. After coloring my hair for over 15 years, I know the difference between good and great. Andrew is the later. Andrew has taken me from red to brunette to blond back to red which is where I'm staying. Andrew gave me the best Debra Messing Red and I adore it. Don't get me started on my cut-its just as fabulous as my color. The best part is that my hair is so healthy because Andrew uses the best (and affordable) products! I keep waiting for people to stop complimenting my hair.

My beautiful long hair – I always wanted hair extensions but was always afraid of the cost. I called Gino Salon and was booked with Andrew for a consultation. The price was absolutely more affordable than what I was quoted at other salons. Andrew made me feel very relaxed and I could tell that he knew what he was doing. I had the extensions put in this past Thursday and I swear you can't tell the difference between my hair and the extensions. Andrew really did an amazing job!
Awful! – I fould Gino, through an online search. I scheduled an appointment for color and highlights....they turned my hair PURPLE! I could not believe it!! The stylist did not know how to fix it, or how it happened...he had other stylists helping him out. Oh, I was sooo nervous and scared. But, I managed to remain calm...all I wanted was my hair fixed. --My hair ended up fried, it still looked purplish under white lighting on the left side of my head. I had to go to another salon to get them to fix my hair. It was a nightmare! ....I do not refer this salon, nor will I be returning. Plus, the place was not clean, very rundown. The cellings were molded in the backroom (where they washed my hair).
We haven't turned anyone's hair purple since Halloween of 2009! As for the condition of the salon, we recently remodeled so it's far from being run down. Dirty? We just passed a State Inspection and passed with flying colors -- you can confirm this by calling the Texas State Board.
I have to question the validity of your review. Can you provide more detail to validate that you were actually a customer of our salon? As this the 3rd fictitious review over the past few weeks, you are either a malicious troublemaker or have been put up to this by a disgruntled former employee who is continuing to harass our salon. If you are acquainted with this former employee, please inform him that he will be hearing from our lawyer.
