Great Experience. I lived at Barry Place for four years I never had any real complainants. I never used the washer/dryers there so I have no opinion on them. It for the most part was always quiet and peaceful except for one tenant who only lived there for a few months. Parking was never a problem, maintenance always responded to my calls. The office staff was more often than not helpful and Tamala was always nice to me. Inexpensive apartments that are walking distance from campus. Once again, I don't know about others experiences but mine was great and I'm glad I lived there as opposed to the noisy college apts.

Very Satisfied. Very satisfied with my apartment and service provided by the Place to Be Properties Staff during my stay at Shady Place apartments. The apartment was very nice and if any problems occurred, maintenance was there to fix the issue asap! I would recommend living at any Place to Be Properties due to the fact I've been at different properties with them for 3 years and have been satisfied each time!

great apt, great location!. I lived at Somesuch Place and was very happy with it. I could walk to campus and didn't have to spend any money on a parking pass! Any time I had a maintenance issue they were out pretty quick to take care of it. I loved my little apartment and am sad to leave, but I graduated and now am moving to New York. The office staff was usually always nice and very helpful. I would recommend Place to Be to anyone!

Loved my apartment. Place to be is a great place to find an apartment. The prices are great, and they have alot of apartments really close to campus. I loved the apartment I lived in for two years. The people in the office are awesome too. They are always helpful and nice. I would definietly rent from them again!

Recommend this property to anyone. Our daughter just moved into Cole Place!

Not only was the move-in very smooth...

We were plesantly pleased with the price and the quality of the property.

Along with that, the staff was very helpful and very informative.

We are happy that our daughter will be close to campus!

We would recomend this property to anyone who asks us about it.

So many properties!. They have so many properties to choose from, it was really nice when I moved here and didn't know my way around. They are like a mini apartment locater service. Really helped me find something fast!

Happy Here. So far I have enjoyed living at with the place to be. The location, apartment, maintenance, and the office staff have all been great. I'm very happy with my decision of where to live.

I recommend these Apartments. I would recommend these apartments! They are pretty good with the maintenance, they came within 24 hours. The office girls were very helpful when I was new in town. The apartment had been newly remodeled and it was very trendy and cute. If you go to UNT, I would suggest checking these places out because they are so close to campus and cheap. Its nice to walk to class.

Thankful for their help. Place to be is one of the most important apt company in Denton. Staff are nice but they are usually very busy.

When I lived in Denton they help me a lot although I didn't lease the 911 apt. I still feel thankful about their help.

the staff are nice , and when my friends have some problem they have quick respond.
