Service advisor was very fair and informative while evaluating our camper trailer for repair. Do to the treatment we received, we would definitely consider doing business with McClains RV again.

I can't say good enough things about Russ and JD at the McClains Denton location. These guys guys have taken are of my family and I better than any other RV place in the greater Dallas area. Pricing and service are second to none.

Overall good experience. Service was performed quickly upon arrival. A little disappointed that only one grade of generator oil was available. Techs willing and able to answer questions and concerns.

This is the worse RV place to purchase an RV! These are not honest business people! They have armature mechanics that have to do the repairs two or three times! They do not back up their product! They want customers to accept their Mickey Mouse repairs and not complain!

The so called "service manager " is a conniving liar that can not be trusted! He is worse than a cackling chicken! He slanders his customers, Is this a professional person? I guess his boss keeps him to make money off his cheating the customers! They do no realize that word of mouth is very powerful! We should have listen to all the complains that honest people had made of this company! The owner, Nathan, is on his high horse and does not care to hear complains either, guess this is where his employees learned to ignore their customers also!

My friends, do not throw your hard earn money buying from these people, who close their eyes and ears after the sale is made!!!

Mcclain's Rv Super rip off store it should say!!!!!!. this store sold me a Cmaper that had MOLD in it and it gets better. we came home from dinner and had 4 mushroom growning around our bed, Yes they knew about it and lied. i have a work order from them to the ower of the camper before we bought it. Please dont buy from this place thay are no good and rude. they are worse then car salesmen. i cant even tell you why not to buy there.I have so many reasons. good luck if you do.. God Bless you these guys will get what is comming to them........................................Below you will see what the Owner of McClains RV wrote to me.
