Great food and friendly staff. I have been out to the Prairie House many times. The food has always been great and I am always amazed at how friendly the staff is. We have always been received and treated like family and that has been every single time we have been there!

I do hope you bring back the blues on Sundays.

recommend to everyone. Just moved to Crossroads a month ago and my wife and I knew we had to try this place, because it was always busy. Went there and I got the Buffalo Burger and fries, which was amazing. My wife got the chicken fried chicken, which was also really good. Great home-style cooking with a great atmosphere. Only place I know of in the Dallas area that serves 4 different kinds of Shiner Beer. This will definitely be a regular stop for us. Will recommend to everyone I know, see and meet.

We go every chance we get.. Go every chance we get!!: We've always gotten excellent service & food. We plan our trips so that we can eat here every chance possible. We're usually pulling a horse trailer which we can park across the street if there's not room at the restaurant. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

Best BBQ in Denton County. Best BBQ in Denton County. Everything else is A-ok too. Good fodd and good service. We go there once a week if possible. Try the buffalo burger or the buffalo meetballs.

Stop in and try the great food.. Great place for some "home cookin"! Love the Bandidos (chicken, jalapeno, cheese, wrapped in bacon and grilled) YUMMY! My husband and I try to get there once a month! Even if you are just passing by on HWY 380 you have to stop in an try the great food!

I can't wait to go back.. My wife and I went to dinner at the Prairie House. We had the banditos for an appetizer. The flavor is outstanding. I could make a meal out these alone and be very satisfied. My wife had the Texas 2-step with chicken and brisket. She loved it. I went for the full rack of ribs. The meat just fell of the bones. We washed it all down with 2 different kinds of Shiner beer and then split a blackberry cobbler for desert. Can't wait to go back!!!!

Very family friendly!. Our favorite restaurant in the area! Everything we've ever tried has been excellent. The service is always great, prices are reasonable, you get a lot of food for your money! Very family friendly!

Amazing!. I had my wedding reception here. The food and service were amazing! We are having our 5th wedding anniversary celebration here as well! Thanks Prairie House :)
