Appointment SchedulingIn order to accommodate service requests and appointment times for you and your bridal party, it is important that arrangements are confirmed at least thirty days prior to the event. We understand that unforeseen events can occur in the planning of any occasion and we will make every effort to meet your needs. Please note, however, that our salon services are often booked quite far in advance and changes within thirty days may not be possible based on availability. We greatly appreciate your efforts to finalize all service needs early in your planning process. It is recommend that you arrive fifteen minutesutes prior to your scheduled service time.
PaymentA deposit payment of 20% of the total charge for services is necessary to schedule appointments. The balance is due the day of your wedding.
Cancellation/RefundsIf you must cancel your appointments, please notify your coordinator at least 14 days or more prior to the event to receive a refund of your entire deposit. Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged. If you cancel within 14 days of your event, the deposit is non refundable.
