Very Good Sushi. This is a very good sushi place that I would recommend dropping by if you are in the area and in the mood for sushi. It is not the best sushi that I have had compared to some other places but it is definitely not at the bottom of the list either. The sushi was fresh but could use a little more variety although I will say that they had the best rainbow rolls that I have have had in a while. I will definitely be going back and hopefully I will see you there. Happy eating!

Best sushi in the whole Metroplex. I haven?t been to Isshin?s restaurant in a couple of years but I think I can say I am familiar with their sushi: every year before Christmas, the local office of one of the largest Japanese trading companies invite their business contacts to a lavish party, in a club on top of one of the tallest buildings in Las Colinas. Only the best food is served: you name it, they have it. Besides exquisite roast beef, chicken, fish, shrimp, etc., they also have, tucked towards the back of the large room, a table where only the finest sushi you can get in the whole Metroplex are prepaired and put in front of you. Yes, you guessed it, it?s the chef and his helpers from Isshin whom the trading company moved in lock, stock and barrel, just for this party. You have to be a true sushi aficionado, a sushi ?tsu?, to enjoy the wonderful morsels they prepare in front of your eyes. Needless to say, the Isshin staff is Japanese ? not Korean or Chinese or Mexican, like in so many ?genuine? sushi places in the Metroplex. This is the real stuff, appreciated by people like myself who had lived in Japan for many years.

Best Buffet in Town. The lunch buffet has better sushi than any other sushi place i've ever been to. The prices are very reasonable (for sushi at least). The dinner buffet is perfect. Where else can you get "all you can eat" from a menu instead of a line. Dinner buffet also includes stuff like Ramen (not the instant kind). Good place, good people, reasonable atmosphere, good food, good price.
