Gets my vote for 5-stars

Contrary to the review below berating their service, I've purchased seven vehicles from Sewell and have never experienced anything but exceptional service, both while shopping and later for service. Having experienced dealers where I cringed visiting, their staff is professional and courteous.
I've encouraged shopping Sewell to family and friends, and all have stated that they are extremely satisfied. In a world where customer service is so often lacking, Sewell stands head and shoulders above the competition. Hence, they get my highest vote.
- Pros: Multiple dealerships in DFW area; convenient for service; Honest
- Cons: Wish they carried Mercedes-Benz at Sewell; not a fan of Park Place

Unfortunately, I took my Cadillac to this shop two times. The first time, they told me I needed to replace the passenger air filter. The next year I took it back and they told me they needed to replace it again without checking their records to see that it had already been done (and obviously not checking the car). When I questioned it, they admitted they didn't even check to see if it needed the $400 service they recommended. The "service" reps were too busy to talk to me about the $2000 plus work I was having done, so I ended up being referred to a total of 5 different reps--none of which knew what was going on with my car. They didn't even do half of the items they said they did. Ridiculous service with exorbitant pricing. When they called me to do the customer survey, I let them know I was disappointed. They asked if I wanted a manager to call. I said yes. Months later, no phone call has been returned. Stay away. I'm going back to Bass Automotive. Much better service.
- Pros: great if you have extremely low self-esteem and a deep pocket
- Cons: horrible customer service. ridiculous pricing. they "fix" things that aren't broke.
