They are so nice. I had been calling insurance agent after insurance agent. Most had no clue what they were doing and just wanted to sell me something. I called Steven Graves Insurance and they were friendly, helpful and there was no pressure to buy. The lady there was more concerned that I had all of my questions answered then selling me the policy. It was so nice to get GOOD service.

I purchased home, car, boat and insurance on my rental home.

You too should call them. They are the best.

When you want the best

I had called several insurance agents and most had no idea what they were doing or talking about. Everyone I spoke with at Steven Graves office provided me good answers to my questions and treated me with respect. It was so nice working with professionals. They provided me with quotes from several insurance companies, not just one insurance company like the other agents I called. A special Thank you!!! to everyone at Steven Graves Insurance Agency, you are the best.

Everyone should call them.

I relocated to the Dallas area and was purchasing my first home. I had no idea what I needed and Steven Graves Insurance helped me each step of the way. Everyone in his offices was nice, helpful and made it easy. I purchased home, auto and health insurance from them.....they are the BEST!!!

Thanks To Steven Graves We Closed On Our Home

Our insurance company / agent failed to properly process our insurance and we could not close on our new home. Sitting at the closing table, our Realtor suggested that we call Steven Graves Insurance. She said he was always able to help her clients and she felt that we could still close if we called Steven Graves Insurance. So, I called him and we had insurance within 20 min. We now have a new home!!!!

Steven's staff did everthing for us in only 20 min. - Thanks to everyone at his office.

They were able to quote me with SEVERAL companies - not just one company

After calling several insurance agents (most who could only quote me with 1 company) my Realtor suggested Steven Graves Insurance Agency. I called Steven Graves' office and was treated with respect, they explained everything and quoted me with SEVERAL home and auto insurance companies. It was nice working with the professionals at Steven Graves Insurance Agency. I will be a client for life.
