I was a member of Sunstone yoga for over 2 years. I loved Sunstone in the beginning, before it became too crowded and students were asked to move mats--way too close to other students. I arrived early for classes to secure a spot in the room and to have some quiet time to relax and almost always had to move. However,I was willing to overlook these minor inconveniences. I had to terminate my membership at Sunstone, due to the birth of my child (nursing, need for a babysitter etc.) I put my membership on hold when I was pregnant and completely forgot to tell them I would like to cancel. As you can imagine, new mothers have a few other things to worry about. They REFUSED to refund the auto-debit made to my account. Not only did they refuse, they ignored my repeated requests for a refund "in good faith." They were not willing to discuss the matter at all--only to say the membership would be cancelled. I am very dissapointed to end my membership in this way. The other very unfortunate part for Sunstone is that I am a psychotherapist, who often recommended Sunstone to collegues.

If you want a truly professional staff of instructors, this is the place for you. They offer a challenging workout (it's my replacement for running), supportive atmosphere, and the mental benefits that first drew me to yoga.

I just finished my $10 for 10 day trial, and I think I'm addicted. I really enjoy working out in the friendly and professional environment. They have clean mats for you to use (you can bring one if you want), towel service (no paying for use of a towel here), big bottles of water for only $1, yoga gear you can buy on-site, showers with shower gel and shampoo provided, not to mention some great teachers who will make sure you push yourself, but never hurt yourself. I love the feeling of getting all the toxins out of my system and taking 90mins just to focus on my body and my health...good ol' ME TIME. The only change I'd like to see is their early morning Fire class begining earlier so I can clean up and get to work on time...my only option is to go after work, which can sometimes be difficult.
Pros: They don't charge 'extra' for towel or mat services! Great instructors, very motivational
Cons: 6am start for a 90 min class doesn't leave me enough time to get to work! Parking can be a challenge

Great facilities, knowlegable and friendly instructors, well-defined classes, and very convenient schedules. Further more, free mat, free towels, free tea if you like some, and free seminars and workshops once in a while. I strongly recomment SUNSTONE Yoga studios to everyone!!
Pros: ambience
Cons: parking

I tried yoga poses I saw in books or in magazines but Sunstone really helped me understand yoga. If you think yoga is all about uncomfortable positions, meditation, or chanting... well it's not at Sunstone. I have lost weight and I am in the best shape of my life. Even without meditation I find myself feeling the mental benefits of yoga. I try to get all my friends to come because I know what it did for me. I can't recommend Sunstone enough.
Pros: Friendly and relaxing environment

The teachers are super friendly, give great instruction, and facilities are clean. Having mats and towels at the studio makes it easy for me to go to yoga without a lot of planning. If you haven't tried hot yoga their Fire class is the best place to start. I have taken many friends there because I know they will have a great experience.
Pros: Well run studios

Make sure to bring in your white towel otherwise it will distract the instructor. Quote from Brandan (owner) in an email that was sent, "Tell her to come back. Its good for her and she can hone her reading comprehention at the same time.”

I highly recomend this studio and all of the other Sunstone locations! Great stuidos and classes. Awesome instructors and retail. I always feel incredible when class is over. Try the 10$ for 10 days to see if the environment is for you... My advice: dont give up after 1 or 2 classes; your body gets used to the heat and you start to really enjoy the atmosphere. Bring water and be prepared to sweat like crazy!! What a great full body workout!
Pros: Class variety, instructors, retail
Cons: ???

I have grown to love and value my time spent in yoga practice more with each day at Sunstone Yoga. It was difficult to find the time to practice regularly as a beginner, but once I did, I found that I was gaining more than simply physical benefits. My outside life has also changed as a result of my practice at Sunstone Yoga. I now desire to eat better foods for my body, for example. My husband and I cook most meals at home too, so this is an example of how yoga affects the lives of those around me in a positive manner! Come check out Sunstone and see all of the benefits that you will get!
Pros: 500RTY Certified Instructors, Heated Rooms, Physical and Mental Benefits
Cons: Want more studios in the area!

By adding sunstone into my normal exercise routine (running and weights) I have lost weight much faster and been able to keep it off easier by doing only 2-3 yoga classes a week.
Pros: perfect heat, intructors, many locations
