Outstanding Move

Im moved several times in the Dallas area and had various experiences with moving companies, some good, some bad. I must say that my recent move with Delicate Moving was the best overall experience I've had with movers. The office staff was knowledgable and courteous. The movers were plesant and efficient. I will definately use them again if I need moving services in the future (hopefully Im done moving), and recommend them to anyone.

Excellent Moving Company

We just moved within Highland Park and had a great experience with Delicate Moving. From the time they came out to give us an estimate, until the move was complete, we had a great experience. We have moved several times, and have never had as good of an experience as this. We would recommend to anyone!

DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS!

I expected a great move with theses guys but I lost new big screen 52? HDTV and Gun and Money in the box, also Moving Truck was not big a enough, so my B.B.Q Gill and furniture?s have to leave there. I claim for ?lost? stuff but they never pay anything. My house was 3bed room but 2 guys took 8 hours for load, and they leave 4 am next day They also had the nerve to come out and ask for a tip!! When they lord boxes they are roll the each box so here the sound from boxes and find Out what?s in the box, I lost lot of silver coins and changes from box. Also they were very high as a kite!! Terrible experience!

Terrible moving experience!

I expected a great move with theses guys because they bubble wrap everything. Well on the day of my move it was raining and I requested we postpone or reschedule the move because I have a new piano. But the guy on the phone insisted we continue anyways. The movers show up and dented and broke several pieces of furniture and refuted the claims even though when I witnessed it! Then when we show up at my new place to unload the truck, all three movers smelt like they'd just smoked a joint!! Which made me feel really comfortable! Not only where they moving my piano up a flight of stairs in the rain, but they were also high as a kite! Terrible experience!

DO NOT USE

This company "lost" my new big screen TV when I had my furniture and the rest of my stuff they were storing for me. They came back with a very low settlement offer of about $500.00 for a $2000.00 HDTV. I replied to them that this was unacceptable and have not heard back from them. Their rates sound low when they are quoting and end up costing way too much. In my case, they charged about $1500.00 for moving a one bedroom apartment. The guys moving are slow since they are working by the hour. I even helped them unload the truck and it still took 3 guys 6 hours. I mostly had boxes. They also had the nerve to come out and ask for a tip!! Use another company.

Do Not use these movers!

The name Delicate should be removed from the name. My new home was damaged by the carelessness of these movers. The were extra slow and did not seem to know what they were doing. The did not pad railings nor did they cover the floors and as a result my brand new hardwod floors were damaged.

Delicate Moving is by far the most professional move I've ever experienced. People watch out for moving companies that over promise and under deliver...the law gives VERY little or no recourse for bad service in the moving industry. Delicate Moving, it's owner and staff are upfront about everything and clearly spell out your responsiblities before your move begins. If there's a problem, they guarrantee thier work. I would recommend Delicate to anyone.

Delicate Moving was far better than any other company I have ever used. From my call to schedule to the last box placed in my new home, they showed great professionalism and courtesy. They treated all my items with care. I was very pleased with the entire process. I highly recommend Delicate Moving to everyone.

Great Service

We just moved across town, but I was very impressed with the care the movers took in hadling our furniture and boxed items. From the time I placed the order for my move until the final box was in my home I was given the best service with courteousy, timely and effecient service. I highly recomment delicate moving for any job big or small.
