The food at Piman is quite good, but also the service and decor make it one of the top Thai restaurants in DFW. It's a small but stylish restaurant. We come here often and haven't been disappointed. Piman never sacrifices the authenticity of the food. The drunken noodles and fried rice are quite good.

This Thai restaurant offers a very nice casual dining experience. Their decor is very tasteful. Their food is very good as well. I would highly recommend their Drunken Noodles. If you can handle it, ask them to make it a 5 on the chilli rating.

don't get me wrong, this is a very good restaurant but i am partial to a few others in the dallas area for Thai cuisine. that being said, i work in irving so i go to piman for lunch on a regular basis. the noodle dishes (chantaboon, drunken) seem to outshine the Chinese offerings, though...
- Pros: good value and friendly service; best thai in the area
- Cons: might be a long drive for some

The restaurant is small but also warm & inviting with great decorations. The food is always great, my wife loves the Pad Thai, and I recommend the Grilled Chicken with Massaman sauce or their soups.

I traveled to Thailand and lived in Thailand couple years. With such a high rating for Piman, I had a great expectation to taste real Thai. Well, I told my waiter that I didnt want to be disappointed since I made my trip to this restaurant. He suggested me some authentic Thai dishes like Yellow Curry, ChuChi Salmon (They called Salmon Red Sea), Noodles. I chose the ChuChi Salmon for my entree and my wife had Pad SeeEew Noodle Even though, Salmon is not very popular in Thailand, it was go along very well with this aromatic red curry. For the noodle, they put broccoli instead of Chiness Broccoli that commonly used in this dish, but that it is acceptable for locally use. The most important was my wife enjoyed her dish.

I first heard about this place about year ago. Everybody use to talk about how good there Thai food was. I had never tried it even though I live right by the city and about 10 minutes away from this restaurant. I finally tried it, and it was very good. I can honestly say that this place is worth for my trip especially a delicious warm coconut soup at this warm weather. If you happen to be in that part of the city, then definitely go eat from there.

I have tried Thai all across the US, there is none better! Lunch is very busy, but dinner is more relaxed. Great wine selection for an Asian restaurant. (Kids love the Mochi Ice Cream balls)

This is a Thai restaurant. They bring out their shrimp crackers together with your drinks. These crackers are addictive, don't eat too many, they are deep fried. Piman has very good noodle soups as well as rice dishes. I had tried several dishes there and have not been disappointed. Seafood noodle soup is good, their Panang is also good, and Pad Thai is also good. Save some room for dessert, they have great fried ice cream.

I went there with my family. We were greeted with smiles and seated promptly. Our server helped us choose items from the menu. The food was absolutely flawless. I like spicy and they have it all. Highly recommended
- Pros: great service, nice atmosphere, many choices
