Its a nice clean bar with a good vide and not too uptight..so far my favorite Plano bar. Foods good too

Good Local Joint in Downtown Plano

We discovered this local joint recently. Nice bar feel with pretty decent food. We had burgers and beer and watched Tiger play on the big screen TVs. Fabulous green salsa they call Queso. The tortilla chips tasted like they were just fried - hot and crispy. Burger was well seasoned and came out as ordered. Looking for a good burger in East Plano? Give this place a try. They advertise all you can eat Fajitas on certain nights and when driving by, it always seems busy.

Amazing Good time!

I love this resteruant! Great staff (pretty girls) and they have a full bar! Love it! The food was really good. I have had almost everything on the menu! Lots of regulars the kind of place where everyone knows your name feels like home! Not to mention they have live music on the patio weds- sat.! Highly recommended! I'll be back soon especially since they are expanding & opening a bar next door opening in january!!!!

• Cons: Not Really all that Kid Friendly (is that a con though?)

Excellent food, fun place!

We have been to Kelly's many times, and it is always good food! The ribs, burgers, brisket, salmon are all good choices. Portions are generous without being ridiculous. Service is prompt and courteous. The place is nearly always full when we go, but we have never waited more than a few minutes for a table (and they are getting ready to expand into the space next door, we heard). This is our favorite place to eat in Plano!

Good food, good music

Kelly's often has live music during happy hour. They have great fajitas, quesadillas, chicken fried steak (I hear the bar b q is good too but I've never tried it). During college football season, they'll put almost any game you request on one of their TV's. Nice patio area (now covered for colder weather). Great place to hang out with friends over a beer or margarita.

Great Neighborhood Restaurant in downtown Plano

Great old brick building in old downtown Plano. BBQ and burgers are superior. Outdoor Patio is a fun place to hangout. HDTVs a nice touch. Highly recommend this place.
