worst spa ever!!! Very Unclean!!!

so i went to have a spa day and little did i know that when i first walk in there was a young lady with too much make up on that couldn't even acknowledge me when i walked in...keep in mind that was no one present she was just playing on the internet, so that was a bad start. I then finally got checked in to have a pedicure and as i got myself comfortable i noticed her tools looked as if they'd been sitting in nasty blue stuff for months, EW! the nail tech left me alone for several long periods of time! so that was horrible. I then proceded to have a facial and that wasn't any better, she used old sponges on my face, i then got up, didn't even want to have the rest of my services performed and tried to speak to the manager which avoided me and then didnt return my calls so she upset me to the point where i WILL NOT GO BACK!!!

Unfortunate Situation treated poorly by manager

My boyfriend bought me the complete spa package for my birthday in April. He booked everything and paid for it over the phone. He even called the day he dropped me off for service to confirm they were ready for me. After my service was complete, I went to "checkout" only to be told they had no record of my boyfriend's information and I owed them some money. As you can imagine, by boyfriend was pretty upset considering the effort he put forth. He left two messages for the manager to call him back. Never heard from him! I am quite surprised considering the level of service Za Za should provide. I refuse to go back just as matter of pricinciple. Too bad. It is a nice presentation and decent service. Sometimes the little things just taint the possible referral base.

Friendly staff. Great mani/pedi in one of my favorite Dallas hotels. Great atmosphere! And you never know who you may see...

we had a good stay here,we liked the spa,the facial was good and the pedis while we watched movies was a good change from the normal chairs,the bath was the best.me and my girlfriend will come back.

overrated! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! horrible spa.

this spa is by far and away the worst spa i have been to. they couldn't provide locks for the lockers in the bathroom...they were overbooked, literally not a seat to spare in the tiny waiting room. it was uncomfortable and far from relaxing. there was no care or comfort provided. if you are hungry, prepare to beg them to give you a menu...and don't expect them to come take your order, you'll have to stand around and wait for someone to help you. when the food does come, they will not inform you it has arrived.

while i received my facial, i listened to some sort of mix cd complitation that i'm guessing the staff brought it....don't get me wrong, i love john mayer, taylor swift, alicia keys, coldplay, etc.....but i don't want to hear it while i'm supposed to be soothed and relaxed. i'd have to say i didn't enjoy being scalded by water dripping off the steam machine on to my face either.

unprofessional. very disappointing.

Our stay!

We had the best time here! The spa was the best,the girl at the front was very helpful,and we loved the massage and the pedicure's were great,I love the paraffin and hot towels! It was a little small,but it fit our needs just fine! Me and my girlfriends will return in the future!!

Great pedicures on girls weekend!!!

We had a blast! We came on the weekend for a girls night and the massage was great,we had alot of fun doing the pedi's all together the girls were great and we loved the chairs! Very fun place to bring the girls!

Expect More for a Pedicure

I took my mother there to have a pedicure for her birthday - the girl that did our pedi was great but the pedicure it self was a little lacking. When you go for a pedicure you expect your cuticles to get trimmed and a good foot scrub. This did not happen at Zaspa, my feet still felt like they need a little more attention.

Best service in town, and a beautiful relaxing spa!!

Sent my daughter a gift certificate and she loved this place. Said everyone was so nice, and the facials were the best!! Very good spa!!
