I went there with some friends, it was wednesday night quite, nothing crazy busy or anything " hard to imagine that place with that kind of food and service busy" anyways, we were seated and the waiter who spoke very broken english and had a dirty shirt on. Recommended the most expensive dish on the menu, How classic, I fell for it. 25 minutes later and after they kept pushing cerveza on us the food FINALLY arrived. the discription of my dish called for prawns, the shrimp was so small it could not be larger than POPCORN shrimp. and it was chowy if thats possible. Then I tried the freshly baked bread, which was tougher than my shoe sole, I decided to voice my opinion to the manager. and instead of getting an opology or something, he gives me attitude and says "well, thats they way we serve it here" am sure they don't eat chowy shrimp and hard bread in south america coz i have been there.. WORST PLACE EVER, DON'T EVEN BOTHER.
Pros: NOTHING..
Cons: EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PLACE. bad parking, bad service and horrible food.

been once. great food. horrible waiter. charged me full price for the dip appetizer when all i asked for were more chips to finish the dip already on the table. i bitched. manager took the charge off. i was happy once again. going again tonight. i'll let you know how it goes.

The specials mentioned are no longer valid. We went there especially for the specials and valet parked after much circling. Then inside we were delighted to see the decor and ordered wednesday special only to be told they discontinued this month after advertising it for a year. (We are 4 days into the month) If I had been the owner I would've honored it since the website still claims it. we left needless to say

The food here is EXCELLENT. However, the service is horrible!!!. I have gone to this restaurant for years, but in 2007 they got a new manager and customer service is no longer a priority. I have gone with small and large parties of 10+ but I will not be returning again. One time we were told that although there were going to 16 people in our party, we could only get seating for 10. The second time we had a large party, we contacted the corporate office two weeks in advance to make a reservation. When we arrived, we were told that when some tables became available they would seat us because they "couldn't make customers get up or hurry up and eat".

This restaurant has an awesome menu with "not so typical" latin recipes from South America. Brazil, Cuba, Mexico, Peru. The Brazilian Short Ribs are great!!!
Pros: Great food, reasonable price, good for parties
