i've been working out at trophy fitness club for a while now and an just can't say enough good things about it. i really like that the staff is friendly and make me feel welcome each time i visit. i don't know a lot about weight training so its nice that they don't make me feel like i don't know what i'm doing and they're always there if i have any questions. there are a lot of really good personal trainers too. i also like to the group classes - they have yoga, spin, abs, etc. one of my favorite things is that they keep the place so clean. plus there is a eucalyptus steam room - i love it!
Pros: staff, welcoming atmosphere
Cons: hard to find on the back side of the phoenix apartments

I just found out yesterday that all Pulse fitness, Trophy fitness- Mockingbird and Trophy fitness Uptown members get use of the Water room at Pure Spa! They are sister companies, so you get discounts at the spa, and use of the water room. The water room is a whirlpool, eucalyptus steam room, hot/cold treatment and dry sauna ‘room’. It’s hard to really explain, but with no contract at any of the locations, and all of the gym amenities AND spa amenities I am sold! You have GOT to TRY the free trial!!!! You too will love this place!
Pros: Extra perks no other fitness club has! Call today!
Cons: Hard to find this location , it's on the BACK side of mockingbird
