Great food and Amazing waiters
by TexasNephilim
This is a great place to go for special occasions Or for a fun night with your friends
Me and my family went for my mothers B-Day . The food was great I loved the Crispy Pork and Dragon Noodles and my brother raved over the Swiss Burger and Sweet Potatoes Fries everyone loved what they ordered. The Service Was Fantastic!
The waiters were warm and welcoming always making sure we're comfortable and had everything we needed. They even gave us a couple of free desserts because we're a large party and it was my mothers b-day Now I really don't have anything bad to say but I do suggest you go early in the even because after 800 it gets kind of loud & chatty so if you don?t like noise go early. But over all I loved this place and recommend it to everyone.
- Pros: Amazing Service
- Cons: Limited Parking
Best food in Bishop Arts!
by wta4333
Always fantastic service. Wonderful friendly staff and a perfect relaxed ambiance with a cozy back room with couches and a fireplace. The wine list is full ranged and quit inviting, but the martinis are to die for. The entrees are on the large size and range from catfish to sea bass to meatloaf to prime rib. But you have to try the smoked duck quesadilla is unbelievable!
- Pros: Great Food, Friends, and Fun without breaking the budget
- Cons: Parking can be a challenge
There may be restaurant space available in Bishop Arts soon...

This used to be a great restaurant.
I say that reluctantly, adding I wish it were back to its former self. We used to go quite frequently.
Sloppy poorly trained waiters, reduced menu choices, higher prices. Gee, give me more! Two waiters and another (manager or owner?) were very tuned into something playing loudly on TV at the bar. We were so relieved that our waiter took time away from the TV to check in on us. Still never refilled our water glasses.
I'll probably give it one more shot in a few months, and truly hope its better.
Sleek modern dining meets au currant American cuisine in funky Bishop Arts district.

The Scene
Polished concrete floors, blue, teal, and green blocks of color on chocolate-colored walls make for a retro modernist's dream in this loft-like space. The large dining room in front contains a full bar with widescreen TV. A private dining room in the back is made more cozy by a fireplace, brown leather booths, and warm accent colors.
The Food
Start with the delightfully delicate crab cakes--crispy on the outside, moist on the inside--served with savory roasted garlic aioli. For entrees, the barbeque salmon is a mild, moist, lightly basted grilled steak served with equally fresh white rice and vegetable medley. Most desserts are petite in size, but grand in taste, including the sweet and nutty Jack Daniels bread pudding. Skip the molten cake, which is oversaturated with chocolate and ultimately too rich.
Hits: Standards receive a fresh culinary approach by the chef and were prepared to perfection.
Misses: Bathrooms are small (one person only) and could be cleaner.
