Please see my review under Sedona Fitness... however I must also post here as well - SEDONA is the BEST!!! Ladies, listen up!! I went to Sedona last weekend for a little "pre-wedding" pampering for a bride. Everything was FANTASTIC!! From the delicious and healthy (Yes, true.) Mimosas that awaited us upon our arrival to the superbly cloud-like robes to the HOT and AMAZING infrared sauna - THIS PLACE IS AWESOME. And I'm from New York... we take our spas very seriously around here ;) The owner and "Maitre 'D" - Zane - is kind, funny, wonderful, smart, cute, and manages a 5 star operation. This is a lady who knows what women want. And this is a fabulous spa. Go, go, go!!!
Pros: incredible massage, infrared sauna, Zane - the owner
Cons: zero

Sedona Spa is a breath of fresh air! I am serious about my me-time and my girlfiends can attest to it as we are hard core spa regulars, but lately we have all grown tired of the run of the mill service and the stiff enviroments of most of the spas we've been to in Dallas. I had never heard of Sedona, but saw they had won best massage and best facials so I booked in. They absolutely lived up to their titles - by far the best massage and facial I have ever had - plus everyone there is super relaxed and genuinely friendly. Be afraid Dallas spas - this place is the tri-fecta.
Pros: They are a Fitness Spa - you can workout there too!

I have had a facial done by Magan and she is wonderful. She lets you know what works well for your skin. I have purchase the mask and cleaning gel from the line of product sold at Sedona. I recommended them, they have improved the overall appearence of my face. I have gotten waxes at other spas and have been burned. Magan is very careful and gentle when giving waxes. Don't miss out, have a treatment at Sedona.

Dionne is hands down the best RMT I have ever had the pleasure of receiving a massage from. When I travel, I make it a point to relax and get the kinks out, so I can tell you she is THE BEST! From coast to coast, I have not experienced such expertise. She can just look at my posture on any given day and tell me where I am in need of extra attention. I met her at my chiropractor, and she has since moved to a Spa in Downtown Dallas, and she also makes house calls for her frequent clients and referrals. She has many talents her clients may not know of from personal trainer to candle maker, she even mixes her own oils to ensure a healthy combination of vitamins and essence in every massage. I would highly recommend Dionne for massage therapist or physical therapist. She is the best in the Metroplex!
Pros: At ay price an hour you can't go wrong, ask about their specials!
Cons: none

Sedona Spa downtown has a jewel.....her name Is Dionne Boykins and she gives a truly superior massage. Her energy and attention are total. She is not "phoning it in." I had the 90 minute sports massage......have had lots of stress and caregiving....I totally feel revived and serene. Highly recommended. I've had massage in many top spas, but Dionne is the best. Look... I have had my waxing done elsewhere and never did I feel as pampered or leave with my skin feeling as nice as it did when I left Megan. She makes a point to be gentle as she applies high quality products to do the job. Not to mention.. she's also a wealth of information and she cares how you feel. On top of this, the environment at Sedona is welcoming relaxed . The receptionist is very kind---this is very attractive to someone who is really tired of going to places where it seems almost everyone (often the staff included) is sizing eachother up or else rushing your through the process, leaving you to feel like they just don't care much about helping you get what you want. I HIGHLY recommend this place (at least for waxing...haven't tried any of the other services---yet.)
Pros: Megan, great receptionist, Nice comfortable atmosphere, reasonable price
Cons: parking

I have been going for almost a year and I just love the Sauna. Its helped my skin clear up and look more radiant. I feel so relax and rejuvenated . I have lost inches off my waist by sitting in the sauna at Sedona. I enjoy reading while in the sauna and the heat from the infared rays remove toxins in my skin and body. I usually sit for 20-30 mins each time, shower and I am feeling good the rest of the day. I love.............. the sauna...ITS Awesome!

The infrared sauna is so relaxing, you burn a ton of calories and sweat out toxins - all for doing NOTHING. I love to get in the sauna after a hard work out - it really helps to relax those sore muscles. And like the previous person wrote - leave time to shower. Dont worry if you forgot the essentials because they have everything you need from shampoo and deodorant to dryers and rollers.

The infrared sauna is so cool. I love to sit in it after a long work-out and just relax, while burning a ton of calories and sweating out toxins. I have knee problems and the sauna is recommended by doctors for pain. I can't say that it's ever stopped a pain that I was having in my knee, but I can say that I haven't had any knee aches since I joined Sedona. Also, I'm in my twenties and still occasionally have the occasional break-out. I feel like the sauna is helping my skin. Word of advice--make sure you have plenty of time to shower after the sauna. You'll sweat a whole lot. I hate having sweat stuck on my skin, so I'll either go straight home and shower there or just use the showers at Sedona. The showers there have everything you'll need, including straighening irons, curlers, hairspray, deoderant, lotions, make-up remover, and so on.
