I have been living off of my credit cards for a while and just got back from Iraq and although I should have spent my money more wisely, i didn't and just got myself in more debt with buying a home. I found this company online and well i did my research first of course me being a military guy. A lot of other companies scared me with the thousands of complaints they had on them. And i figured although they had a few but for 4 years in business with 6 complaints it was a lot better than the others with like 9,000 complaints. Im not naive, i know that not everything is perfect in this world, but they sure have helped. they pretty much consolidated all my credit card debt into one low monthly payment that i could afford which allowed me to make my mortgage and car note. Thank God! i dont know what i would do without my house or car....i would recommend their services to anyone, they sent me this home module that redirects all these harrassing crazy creditor calls to their office that way i dont have to deal with them. them creditors are just plain crazy some times! Thanks again everyone at Credit Alliance Group....

Pros: the module they sent me that redirects these creditor calls!

Cons: its taking me 36 months to pay it off, but its better than bankruptcy i guess....

This is by far the biggest rip off company around. Making money off of people in need. Do not be fooled by all the "fake" reviews. When you read the reviews they seem like ads "thank you credit alliance group!" They even go as far as to tell you how to spell it "CreditAllianceGroup" give me a break. Have you noticed that there are no bad reviews? Not even a 4 out of 5 stars. Check out the rip off report online when you google the business. They even go as far as writing fake reviews to show how FAKE everything is.

Credit Alliance Group or CreditAllianceGroup as it is usually written in the emails is a great company!!! They have the kindest staff and they are always there when we need them. I am still in a program with them, but I wanted to shout out to everyone, and let you know that Credit Alliance Group is the best in the debt management company in Dallas! They have stopped all the harrassment calls from my creditors. I was about to go crazy because of those calls; what does the giant $$ houses think when someone is downsized and their mortgage is going through the roof? Thank you Credit Alliance Group for helping me get out from under all this mees that I brought on myself. Take a moment and look at what they can do for you; it's a quick cakll and they ask a few questions then they send you the information via email and you have the ball in your court at that point. They are never pushy, and they made me feel great about myself. Thank you CreditAllianceGroup. back on track!

Pros: Credit Alliance Group saved me 60% and stopped the creditor calls!

Cons: I wish we had found them sooner!

I had gotten myself $13,500+ in debt and I found Credit Alliance Group in Magic Yellow. I have researched many companies, but this one seemed so friendly. I was skeptical at first, but after looking around I felt they were the best shot. My first debt was paid off after 11 months and after that they progressivly knocked out all of them. I never had to handle anything other than reporting 1 harassment call from my creditors; but that is better than the 10+ a day I was getting. Most of my accounts were settled for $0.40 on the dollar; 2 were done a 50% off. My credit report is clean because they don't show up at all. Now I just have to try and keep the card offers going into the trash so I don't do this again. Thank you Credit Alliance Group for making a bad sitiuation bearable and helping me get my life back on track!! I would recommend Credit Alliance Group to everyone! Michael

I wanted to say “Thank you” so much for your helping me clear up and resolve my credit card and other outstanding debt. Your help saved me untold amounts of money in additional interest and late fees, easily adding up to over $16,000. Your staff was friendly and helpful and settled my credit card debt for less than I thought possible. Resolving and paying the settlements, that CAG negotiated on my behalf was easy and fast. We had over $36,000.00 of medical bills, and some very old credit card debts. We did a 48 month program, but paid it off in just over 26 months with no pre payment penalty. Everyone there was nice and they took the time to walk me through every detail. I cannot believe what I did not know. The were not pushy at all with me. Most companies I spoke with tried to sign me up on the phone; right then. I spent the weekend thinking about it and I know that I made a good choice. Best of all the fixed my credit while I was enrolled and they don't show up on my credit report AT ALL!! It is the best thing since sliced bread. ***** five star support all the way!
