FAKE UPTOWN LOCATORS

They have a dog that parks the entire time and the office smells terrible! They don't care about you- only your money-

I have friends that they promised gift cards to and they never got them!!! The won't answer you phone calls-

These guys are the WORST people to work with-

Good service if you like being Sexually Harrassed

I was moving to Dallas for a new job recently and needed help finding an apt. I decided to use Uptown Locators and see if their service could work for me. The male agent that took me around kept asking me if I had a boyfriend. He actually kept staring at me with this really creepy look throughout the time we were together. All the apt's he took me to were over the price range I had requested. I ended up finding another apt locator who was more professional and didn't sexually harass her clients.

Extremely poor service. Leasing agent does not great but rather ran to the door when she saw four of us who happen to be Latino come to the door. I was already approved for a place and was showing fellow coworkers. She was very rude an cold and unprofessional. When I contaced their office, the management team lied and no one ever called back. They do not go by their mission statement and this representative was extremely unprofessional. Would never recommend Uptown Locators. Be treated right by another place that actually does know the Vaud of service.

Easiest thing in Uptown!

Arthur was more than helpful and saved my girlfriend and I weeks of shoping for an apartment. He gave us the 411 on each community and showed as a wide range of places. He also brought up points that we didn't think about.

Not using Uptown Locators is too risky!

I WALKED IN AND IMMEDIATELY JENNIFER NIX CAME UP TO ME AND SHOOK MY HAND. I WAS STRESSED, I NEEDED AN APARTMENT IN 3 DAYS. SHE TOOK ME TO THE PERFECT PLACE AND I SIGNED A LEASE. SHE'S A VERY HARD WORKER AND I RECOMMEND HER TO EVERYONE. SMART FUN GIRL-- A+.

can find a needle in a hay stack

i was lookin for a place in uptown cuz thats were my new job was (quiznos) i needed and appartment that was cheap like 700 bucks and it had to be in uptown plus i needed to move into it in like a week so i went to this place and worked with jeff he was rely cool and knew exactly what i needed. he found me a rely good apartment for like 650 i was rely happy with his service plus he understood how how important this was to me and didnt stop looking for places untill he found the right one. he gets an A+ in my book

I looked for days & found nothing.. they found me something in minutes!!

I spent weeks looking on my own.. online, flipped through books, drove around.. and found nothing. I drove by their office in Uptown, went in, they ran a search, showed me what is available in my price range and within an hour I had signed a lease on my new place. And the best part.. the service was absolutely free! I didn't have to pay them a cent! My new apartment is absolutely perfect.. exactly what I had been looking for but hadn't found!! I don't know why I didn't go to them first. It was so easy and so convenient.. just think of all the time, energy and gas I could have saved if I would have gone to them first. I definitely recommend using Uptown Locators.

• Pros: FREE, convenient, easy, quick, friendly, knowledgeable, showed me specials otherwise I wouldn't have known about
• Cons: Can't think of any... I was very satisfied with the service I received

THEY HAVE ALL MY TRUST...

JUST LAST WEEK I SPOKE WTH JENNIFER NIX AND SHE FOUND ME EXACTLY THE MOST PERFECT CONDO... MY FATHER IS CURRENTLY MOVING AND I GAVE HIM HER NUMBER. HE WAS ALREADY WORKING WITH AN AGENT, BUT I MADE HIM CALL HER REGARDLESS. HE'S BEEN LOOKING FOR THE PERFECT HOME FOR 5 MONTHS NOW AND SHE ALREADY FOUND 2 HOMES THAT HE IS READY TO PUT UNDER CONTRACT. THESE ARE PRETTY EXPENSIVE HOMES AND SHE FOUND THE MOST UNIQUE ONES OUT THERE. SHE DEFINITELY STAYS ON TOP OF THINGS. HE SAID HE NEVER MET AN AGENT SO EFFICIENT. THANKS FOR TAKING CARE OF MY FAMILY JENNIFER!
