So many problems. I went there on a business trip in December 2009, and saw several problems. The Hot water wasn't working, the Internet was spotty and the heater in my room didn't work! And it was 25 degrees outside!

When I complained, they apologized, but did little to fix the issues.

The hotel itself is nice, and a great place for drinks, but I won't stay there again. Even the late night room service was pretty bad! This is supposed to be a new, high-end hotel, but it just didn't work.…
