Even before committments were made, before the promise of business, H Customs spent a significant amount of time consulting with me on my Home Theater needs. Thru a huge exchange of emails, instant messages, phone conversations, and even personal 1-on-1's, they advised and made recommendations for me. Brian took the time to talk about all of my options without even the slightest guarantee that I would use his company as my installer. By the time I had enough information to make some educated decisions, I felt as though H Customs had earned my business through their stellar customer service and knowledge transfer. By the time the installation date came around, everything went extremely smooth and as expected. Doing business with H Customs was a stress-free and enjoyable experience. I would recommend H Customs to anyone wanting a pressure-free and quality Home Theater installation experience.
Pros: Knowledgeable about all major brands (Samsung, Denon, Sharp, Sony, etc)

I had hired another audio/video company to install my system and it didn't work correctly. After them coming back several times and still not getting it to work, I decided to look elsewhere. I found H Customs and had them come out to look at it. H. Customs showed up on time and knew what the problem was immediately and fixed it. He was very knowledgable and took the time to explain everything to me. I will definitely be hiring them again!
