Best cigar lounge atmosphere in Dallas! Great place to get a cigars when you're around Victory Park. Very classy. Best secrect... Go on an off game night and parking is a breeze.

• Pros: Atmosphere, Ventilation, Cigars, Location in Victory Park, Parking on non-game nights
• Cons: Must valet park for $5 on game nights
