i work out at Trophy Fitness and really love it. i use a personal trainer there who really helps me to stay motivated to keep in shape. the classes are great too - there is yoga, pilates, spinning, etc. its always super clean in there and the equipment is all really new and nice. i also like that there are several locations i can go to like one on mockingbird and also one downtown,addison mockingbird, and uptown ,and i didn't have to sign a contract to join and if i want to cancel i can do that - easy!
Pros: No contracts 5 locations!
