No words to describe....

Jen is wonderful at what she does. I have been going to her for more than 5 years and I have had many different hairstyles and colors and they have all looked great. I have had both short, long, and medium hair lengths with jen and she knows how to cut for easy style and flattering shapes no matter what I want done with my hair. I trust her so much that most I the time I tell her to do whatever she thinks will be best for my hair that visit. I also tried the Brazilian Blowout and believe me, it works. My hair, which is wavy/curly and drier than all heck, was smooth and shiny...and straight! It was insane how well it worked. My color always looks fantastic and jen knows how to make it work and she's not afraid to tell you if she thinks something won't look good with your hair, skin tone, etc. Okay, so she's great at her job....but she is also tons of fun to hang out with and a great friend. I always have a blast when I go to the salon because of jen. I should also mention that I haven't lived in Dallas for 4.5 years and I make special trips to get my hair done by Jen and can count on one hand the number of times I have had my hair done by someone other than jen in that time. I now live in Las Vegas and still try to come to Dallas every time I need a cut or color because it is so worth it to me to go to Jen over anyone else. That's how much I value her abilities.

Great Cuts and Color -- Brazilian Blowout is the Best!

I've been going to Jennifer for several years now, and have always been impressed with her cuts and color. I especially like that she isn't afraid to give her opinion, so if I suggest a cut that she doesn't think will work with my hair's texture or length, she will tell me rather than just doing it. At the same time, she is very good at giving her clients what they ask for if she thinks it will work (or even if she doesn't, if they insist). I've gone in with pictures from magazines and she's been able to give me exactly what I want.

Recently, I tried the Brazilian Blowout and was amazed at the results. My hair isn't curly, but it is extremely thick and coarse -- it's always been a huge effort to get it straight and smooth and not frizzy, and has required a lot of effort with a dryer and flat iron. With the Brazilian Blowout, however, my hair is really straight, smooth, and shiny. I was almost afraid to wash it the first time because I just assumed that it wouldn't look quite as good as when Jennifer had done it. I shouldn't have worried though because it looked great, even with no effort on my part. I don't even have to dry it. I can wash my hair, brush it, and then just let it go, and it dries straight and smooth, with no product at all. This has NEVER been the case with my hair! It has been four weeks since I did the Brazilian Blowout, and it still looks just as good as the day I had it done. I HIGHLY recommend this!!!

Bridal Perfection with

Anyone who is getting married or know someone that is. Look no further than Jennifer Barrios. She made me(bride) and my bridal party of 7 look amazing. She totally amazed me with all of the girls hair. And with mine she just nailed it. I really didn't know what I wanted "just lots of curls". And with Jennifer she can create a master piece and take your idea to a whole new level. We had a pretty tight schedule and she finished earlier than what we asked. I was amazed by her professionalism and how much she loves perfection. I know I made the right choice and will continue to see Jennifer for all my hair desires!

The Best in Dallas

Jennifer has been cutting my hair for the past 10 years. Since then I refuse to use anyone else. Even through college and now that I live in New York City - I still only go to Jennifer. She is very accommodating to my schedule and does exactly what I ask her to do (and if asked - she provides great styling advice), I highly recommend Jennifer.

I was having a hard time achieving that pretty Dallas blonde. On a whim i picked her off city search. i was so pleased with the outcome an how truly interested she was.

Finally found someone that knows what to do with my hair, nice and talented!

I went to visit Jennifer for a consultation to get my hair straightened. My hair is straight with lots of body. However, since my gray hair started coming out I have developed a full top layer that grows out super frizzy and makes my hair look damaged. I had consultations with several stylists previously, however, none could offer me a solution other than traditional blower and flat iron since I color my hair with henna. Jennifer explained to me that she could try the Brazilian hair treatment which is good with henna and my gray hair would soften in texture. She did it for me and it looks great! I just wash it and it looks as if I had it professionally hair dried. I liked that she quickly learned what I liked and when she did the hair treatment she did it so that my hair still has body (not totally flat). She also cut my hair and I have received numerous compliments.

Wonderful Stylist !!

I first went to Jennifer a few weeks ago to get my hair cut and colored and I was VERY happy with my experience with her !! Having been to a few stylists in the past who really didn't take the time to understand my needs, but rather let me spend hundreds of dollars in their chair, I was a bit reluctant to try someone new. I found Jennifer to be a very warm and personable person who had a great eye for detail and a great talent for listening closely to what I wanted. I have hair which is challenging to cut and color, but Jennifer spent a lot of time working with me that day to get my hair looking great. Most importantly, I found Jennifer to be honest and she wouldn't hesitate to explain why my hair naturally did certain things which made it challenging. Lastly, I felt very comfortable, relaxed and not in the least bit rushed during my appointment and feel that I can call on Jennifer about any question I have about my hair. Jennifer is a wonderful person and a GREAT stylist and I would highly recommend her to anyone who may be timid about trying someone new. Jennifer truly has both a talent for hair and with people. Again, I can't recommend her enough !!

Jennifer is a great and highly experienced stylist. My husband & I have been going to Jennifer for a while now. She is very accommodating with her schedule. My husband & I like our hair to be on the more rock- n- roll side & she is awesome. I have no doubt that she could do any style she is asked to do. I always get compliments on the cut & color of my hair. You will be completely satisfied if you go to Jennifer. She ROCKS!

If you want to have fabulous looking hair- Jenn is your woman!

I recently moved to Dallas and was nervous to see a new hair stylist. I researched quite a bit, found Jenn's information on city search and gave her a call to see what she was all about. After only minutes on the phone, I could tell she was a stylist who truly cares about her customers and wants to deliver quality service. I made an appointment to have my hair highlighted and cut.

Upon entering her Salon she took the time to ask me questions to gain a sense of what I was looking for in a hairstyle. In addition to listening to what I thought would look good, she gave her own expert opinion on things I may want to try to break me out of my "box." I really appreciated the fact that she listened to what I wanted, but also spoke up and expressed her own opinions.

We ended up going with some really great colors in my hair and decided to try a shorter length. It looks GREAT and I am so happy I tried it. I have received several compliments and attribute all of the credit to Jenn.

In addition to being a phenomenal hair stylist, she is a beautiful person -inside and out- and will make you feel very comfortable.
