Thank you for helping us breath again

There are only three things I care about when I go to a doctors office. Did they listen to me, did the treatment work, and are they on my insurance. I have to say a hardcore yes to all three of those. My wife and I got in quick, they helped us with our insurance (I hate deductables!) best they could, but most important Angle and Amalee( sorry I know I butchered that) were really sweet and actually talked with us. The most important part of all, i can breath and sleep. That is the worst when you are so stuffed up you can't sleep! It happends to me every March, April May time. But now I can sleep and breath. Not only that but I got my wife back for spring. Thanx Dr. Cole.
- Pros: The got me in really quick
- Cons: I live in Lewisville so it was a little ways away, but worth the drive.
They saved my life!

I went on the recommendation of my doctor, and they have become a lifesaver to me. I used to be sick all the time, now? Once a year, if that. I cannot say enough good things about it! Parmalee, Angel, Monica, and Dr. Cole are family to me, and keep me healthy.
They are friendly and knowledgeable. If you have any doubts, call them and let them tell you how they can help!
The best part? Movies in the exam room!
Comfortable atmosphere and Family friendly!

I am not fond of needles, so it took being miserable and medicated all the time, to finally push me into seeking help for my allergies and asthma. My primary care doctor recommended I go upstairs one floor and set up an appointment with Dr. Cole for allergy testing and asthma evaluation. I was immediately put at ease by the genuine warm, caring attention I received from Dr. Cole and Nurse Parm on my first day. I was presented with several options and was never pressured into pursuing one treatment over another. I chose the fast track immunizations. Honestly, it felt more like being at a spa than a doctor's office! When the office closed for lunch, I was invited to stay. Dr. Cole and his "family" made me feel right at home while sharing their lunch and company with me. Although all precautions are taken in the immunization process, I have NEVER HAD AN ADVERSE REACTION! Dr. Cole and his amazing team have given me the gift of good health while freeing me from the burdens of medication and suffering. Through virtually painless immunizations, (YES, SOMETIMES I DON'T EVEN FEEL IT!) my body is given the "stuff" it needs to keep me HEALTHY NATURALLY! (now that's priceless!)
- Pros: Very flexible scheduling, plenty of free parking, play area for the kids, Current magazines and Movies/News on large flat panel displays
- Cons: I was going to put "not open on Fridays", but I see that the Irving location is available

Our son was not sleeping well. He would wake up almost every night unable to breathe well. This was affecting his energy level and everything in his day. Dr. Cole was able to test him, find out his allergies, and give us wonderful recommendations on how to help our son. Our son has now been sleeping well throughout the night for many months now and is doing GREAT! We have been very pleased with the office, the staff, and the kindness shown to our family. Our son never felt nervous in the office. The staff is great with kids and they are easy to work with for convenient appointment times.
- Pros: Easy parking, great office.

Dr. Cole and his staff were wonderful. It was easy to get an appointment to see the doctor, and then I actually got right in when I got there--no waiting forever!! I have to say from start to finish it was one of my best experiences with a doctor's office. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. My kids love playing in the waiting room. They really treat you like a person (very rare for a doctor's office these days). And did I mention that I finally know what my allergies are and what to do about them? It feels great to breath again, and I wake up much less tired. I would not hesitate to recommend this office to anyone--in fact, I have already recommended to a few friends and a girl at Target. Thanks, Dr. Cole!!
- Pros: So Nice!! The Dr. really seemed to care & listen
- Cons: I just can't find one

My experience at park Lane has been excellent. I have been going for about a year and I have never felt better. I have been taking Allergy injections for over 20 years, but they were not nearly as effective. It is wonderful to be able to breathe again. I almost forgot what that was like. The staff has been friendly and helpful in every situation. I have recommended Park Lane Allergy to a couple of friends, and will continue to recommend them to anyone that asks for my opinion. They are very professional and knowledgeable. You can't beat that combination.
- Pros: Very knowledgeable
great customer service

I had a very nice exprience at the allergy and asthma center. The staff at Dr. Cole's office is super nice and they always strive to make you feel welcome and at home. When i had my appointment i got right on back to see the doctor and to get my allergy testing done. The office is really nice and there is a flat screen in every room for you to enjoy while your waiting or getting tested. Dr. Cole is very friendly and he genuinely wants to help get to the bottom of the problems that you are having with your allergies so that you can feel better.
- Pros: very easy to get in to see the doctor
- Cons: not open on fridays in dallas office

Dr. Cole and his staff are very welcoming and friendly. They easily work around your schedule, and strive to do what they can to help you. Located in the Baylor Health Center, the office is easy to find with no extra hassels. Parking is never a frustration and the office is newly built with a clean environment. They are willing to work with various insurance companies to make sure you are getting the proper coverage, and will pursue the matter until it is resloved. All staff are open and willing to engage in conversation, making the experience at the doctor's office far from frightful.
- Pros: get you seen quickly
- Cons: dallas office not open on fridays
