Best waxing experience EVER!

WOW! I recently experienced my first brazilian wax with Erica. She made me feel very comfortable, explained everything to me. The procedure was not very painful even for the first time. She was very thorough. Everyone at WOW was very inviting and friendly. I tell everyone I know!

Absolutely Delighted

It is not often that one has the opportunity to have the opportunity to experience a service that provides nothing but absolute satisfaction. Chandler and the staff at WOW do just that by going above and beyond professional expectations to provide a level of customer service that is so rare these days.

Chandler and the entire staff provided an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation that quickly put me at ease to the point that the experience was truly a pleasure.

A bit odd perhaps, but to experience waxing goodness....try WOW!

Wax in the City

Chandler is such a delight. I went to see her to have my legs waxed. She made me feel very comfortable. I was nervous because I was getting married the next day. She made me feel relaxed and the service was pain free! Normally I break out and turn red after a hair removal service, not to mention the pain. However, I am not sure if it is her technique or the special wax she used that is different than most salons, but the outcome was great.

I am also germaphobic. Most salons I have noticed do the "double dipping" with the wax sticks and I am left wondering how many other body parts were double dipped before me and they are using the same wax on me. Yuck! But Chandler got a new stick each time.

I will definately be back and send everyone I know her way.

great male waxing

I drove a long way to get a wax after reading the reviews. I was over an hour late because of traffic and rain. I thought they would turn me away, but Chandler said she would stay late and do my service. She did a great job and I will be a customer for as long as I wax.

Great, great, great!!

My wife and I were in Texas to visit friends. We decided to look on line for a place we could get waxed. No one in our town does it. We called and caught the owner on a Sunday. She said she was not opened, but if we did not mind her being in her jeans she would wax us. She waited for us to get there and did such a great job. My wife and I both thought it was going to be really painful, but we were surprised! It is worth it to us to drive back and see her the next time we are in Dallas.

I got WOWed!

I got a great Brazilian from Chandler. She asked me about all my ingrown hair. I get a lot when I shave. She told me how to take care of them, and then told me about a treatment she could do to take care of them. I did not believe her at first, but decided to try. It worked! The day after the treatment the ingrown hairs had come through and she waxed them off!! I loved my Brazilian, I loved how much better it felt than a shave every day and I love Chandler! She is great!

So Happy I went

The prices were good, the reviews were good, and everyone was so nice when I went in. It was my first wax. Chandler made it so easy and she is so sweet. It was so much easier than what I was expecting. I loved it.

Made my first time a Breeze

This was my first time having that area of my body waxed. I wanted to go for the full Brazilian since I figured if I was going through with it I might as well go all the way. I was deathly afraid of what the pain was like. First of all the reviews about Chandler are accurate. She's so sweet, and makes you feel completely at ease. She knows how to position different areas of your body to pull the skin tighter so the pain is less. I also found out she teaches the certification classes for the Brazillian wax in two states, which doesn't hurt to know when you're having that area done.

When I got there, she asked me if it was my first time, and when I said yes, she stepped out and asked the receptionist not to schedule any other appts so so could take her time. The wax she uses hurt less than the wax they've used at other places to wax my brows.

When I went to check out, I was expecting it to be really expensive and was shocked that it was half the price of going to a typical spa. I love the results, and def going back when it's time!

Worth it!

At first I was put off because the lady that does men's Brazilians was booked for the the four days I ask about. I asked to speak with the manager, and it was the lady. I told her I was going out of town and wanted to get in. She said she would stay late for me. That made me feel like she cared. I went in and I understand why she is always booked. I offered to pay more, but she told me just to come back or tell a friend if I was happy. I read about her on the internet, so I thought I would pass it on. Very professional, nice, and does a great job.

Awsome

My husband is the one that sent me after he had gone for a back wax. He said "you will love this lady, she is so nice, and the wax did not hurt!" I have gone 4 times for different things and just got my first deep bikini wax. We went to the beach last week and I felt I could wear a 'real' swim suit for the first time. I will just say "GO"!
