Upon arrival I observed that the grounds of the Red Roof Inn were kept up nicely. However the room itself was very below average. The toilet was leaking in the bathroom and the staff only offered to
clean the water from the floor and not fix the problem or offer us another room. We requested face towels and an Iron and was informed by the staff that they were out of both, So we had to go to a local department store and purchase and iron and face towels. In our three night stay housekeeping came once to clean our room, and that was only after we called and complained.
All I can say is that the room was very inexpensive $59.99/night and I absolutely got what I paid for. Next time I will spend the extra money to be able to utilize an iron , sleep on clean sheets and wash my face.…
