Yesterday, my daughter and I went in to have haircuts and shampoos. That is what I asked for when greeted and that is what I expected to pay for. The two haircuts ($13 each) and two shampoos ($5 each) ended up costing $56. When I asked why it was so much, Nancy said that blow-drying my daughter's hair cost $20. I told her it wasn't fair to charge for something I didn't order. She said she asked my daughter (a MINOR, with no job or money) if she wanted it and my daughter said sure. Of course, my daughter didn't know she was going to charge her to blow-dry. Nancy insisted I pay the $56 and I did so. I called to talk to a manager today and the manager wasn't available. I'm supposed to call back after 3, so I'll do that and let y'all know what happens. PS...Blow drying is not listed on their price board.

I finally got to talk to a manager named Veronica after 4 attempts. She talked to the owner and I got my money back. I'm much happier now.
