Careful here

Took my stereo receiver in. After 6 weeks I finally called them to see what was up. They finally got around to it but I think I see the same probably starting to happen again, which means they didn't fis it.

Then I called for an in home video hookup. "Oh sure" they said. After several calls and no call backs I moved on.

Scam!!! Stay away from this company!!!

These people sold me a Mitsubishi lamp for $150 more than manufacture price!! I called them and told them the price was $395 and I was charged$550, I was told it's because this is what they paid for it!!!!

Have any of you ever heard of buying a lemon product...? I was watching the cowboys game vs the eagles and my philips 50PF9630D/37 popped and went out. After that my tv wouldnt work what so ever. i then looked up any local tv repair place to get it looked at ASAP, and i found this Sartor TV and Video, and noticed all the reviews and how crappy you all said they were. after i had called several other places, they all said pretty much the same thing, that the tv would take about a week to repair at best. so i talked to my friend David for any advice on what to do, if he knew some place that could solve my problem before i lose my mind. he referenced the Sartor TV and Video and i asked him about the reviews, he said that they were probably just people looking for a reason to point the finger, and that they just had bad luck with their tv repair experience. He said it took them 3 days to come to the house, pick up the tv, and bring it back working good as new. so i called them, spoke to Jesse, and he sounded frustrated, but i could understand why.(With all these people getting mad at him for the manufacturers run-around). anyways, i got it scheduled for that same day, and i was worried when they had to pick it up. they said THAT THE PROBLEM WAS SERIOUS AND WOULD NEED SOME TESTING. So i let them take it, and they tech their must have been good because i got my tv the next afternoon, and i havent had a problem since. SO TO ALL YOU GUYS WHO HAVE HAD BAD EXPERIENCES WITH THEM, PUT YOURSELF IN THEIR SHOES AND HAVE SOME PATIENCE, ITS NOT MAGIC PEOPLE, ITS ELECTRONIC REPAIR. HAVENT YOU NOTICED THAT MOST OTHER ELECTRONICS EITHER GET REPLACED OR YOU HAVE TO SEND THEM OFF FOR 4-6 WEEKS FOR SOME PLACE, SOME WHERE TO HOPEFULLY FIX IT?. yall need to get real and stfu. IF YOU HAVE ANY COMMEMTS, PLEASE EMAIL ME

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS

!!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS !!!

This is not a business you should use. I had given my DVD player for repair on 5/15/08 (for a simple problem - the tray was not opening). I tried on numerous occasions to get a status - but the ill-informed employees had no clue - but they were always equipped with some lame excuse. It took them 3 months and I was finally informed that ?it was fixed?. I paid the repair fee and brought the unit home assuming that it is finally fixed. When I checked the system - IT WAS NOT FIXED. I cannot imagine how a readily observable problem went through these experts and came out of the shop with no resolution - yet I was charged the full amount. I went back to them and demanded a full refund. The manager was not only terribly rude he lacked the understanding of simple math about full refund. If you want to save yourself trouble and avoid this unique scam outfit completely - DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had.

I wish I would have researched these idiots before getting involved with them. I don't know how they stay in business. My issues started in mid Feb and it's June 1 now and my issue is still not resolved. Bought a TV from Amazon and it had a scratch inside the screen. Samsung had me call these idiots to cover it under warranty!

In short, their customer service is none existent! They have stood me up twice. I have to call them to find out what's going on with my repair after they don't call when they say they will and they always ask me to "call back tomorrow to follow up". Also, they answer the phone with a rude, irritated voice, as if I've interrupted his smoke break or something. They tell me they'll call, but I always have to call them. It took 5 weeks for them to get my replacement screen that was supposed to take 2, only to have them return my TV with a new screen that had scratches too. Plus, it had 16 screws missing from the back. Only 2 screws are holding the screen in now. They said they ordered a new screen and it should be in in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later, I call and it's still not in.

Samsung happened to call to make sure I was happy after my repair. I told them it still wasn't fixed, over 2 months later. She put me on hold to call them to find out what was going on. Turns out they still hadn't ordered the replacement screen! I don't hear anything for about 3 more weeks, so I call Samsung again. They check the status and Sartar's credit account is on hold for non-payment! So, I'm punished because these idiots can't pay their bill?!? Samsung tells me they'll get it taken care of. Oh, even the Samsung agent said they were rude to her. Last week, after 3 more weeks of not hearing anything, I called Sartar and am told they've had my screen in for a while. Apparently, their phone doesn't call out!?! Maybe they'll actually show up. Samsung told me that they'd send me to another "service center", if/when these guys screw up again. We'll see. Wish me luck!

ZERO STARS....THEY ARE THE WORST IN TEXAS AND THEY DON'T EVEN CARE!

THESE GUYS ARE RUDE, INCOMPETENT AND THEN TO CAP IT ALL DO NOT WORK WITH THE WARRANTY COMPANY, INSTEAD CHOOSE TO BILL YOU WITH A COLLECTION NOTICE. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. KEEP AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUNCH OF CROOKS AS POSSIBLE!

  • Pros: NO PROS
  • Cons: They do not pick up the phone. They are slow. They do not bill the warranty company, but would rather call the customer with threatening phone calls demanding payment. Keep well away and then some!

Possible Scam

Was referred to them by Circuit City warranty department. They came out within a week of me being connected with them. They determined that they were not, on that visit, equipped to handle my problem. I have called their store and Circuit City's warranty department every week since then, and after 2 months I still have a broken TV. On my last phone conversation with CCity they mentioned that the job had been labeled as completed. They completely dropped the ball on helping me, but seem to have snatched up the warranty money quite quickly without completing the job. Be very suspicious of them.

  • Cons: They never came again. May have to get legal help.

Waste of time

Anyone who uses Sartor should be smacked in the back of the head. They were my Circuit City service contractor. My TV broke in late October and they did not come out until mid November. When they did, their MO was almost exactly the same as all the other reviews. Didn't do anything but tell me they were diagnosing the problem.

Three trips later and it was still not fixed. Every time I called, it would take two or three calls to get through, because of busy signals. And in this day in age, any business that doesn't have call waiting or a second line should be shut down for incompetence.

Every phone call was as if I was calling them for the first time. Every person I spoke to sounded as if they'd just graduated from the third grade. How these people make a living and feed their families is beyond me.

Long story short, Circuit City finally ended up giving me a new TV at the end of February and dropped them as my service provider. In my opinion, they should drop them all together.

Trust me, doing business with these people is like playing Russian Roulette. Except there's a bullet in every chamber.

My problem is the same have warranty through Circuity city my parts were order over month again and all I get is the same old story. I'm hiring an attorney to set these jokers straight and going to turn in to BBB.Please dont do business with this BAD company!!! These people lied and told CC they came out to my house and never did.

I had called them for my Mitsubish TV, the came out looked at it without taking anything apart, said the light engine was broken, now a month later still no part. The phone are always not working and everytime you call its like being a new customer. AVIOD THEM AT ALL COSTS.
