Ocean Blue Pool Renovations in Frisco

Please do not use them. They did a botch job on my pool and I have photos to prove it. The plaster has nicks and deep indentions that look like huge claw marks and they are trying to tell me that it is

"normal"

Great laptop screen repair service

Smart Micro in Carrollton Texas recently replaced a broken screen on our apple laptop. Apple wanted over $900 to replace it. Smart Micro did it for way less, and their customer service was outstanding. We were trying to get the computer back before my son left for college. (it was his computer) They repaired it quickly, sent it back right of way, and helped me track my package. It arrived the day before he left! They even called to make sure that it had arrived on time. Thanks MicroSmart. And you too Betsy.

T & T Enterprises, contractors. Don't use them

I contacted this company for an add on to my home. The first meeting was great, we liked the sound of his company and after having several contractors decided to try this one.

Everything started going wrong when he presented his bid in written form. One of the first items that was noticed is the new A/C package needed for the add on. He quoted a package using a 12 Sheer unit. My son is in the A/C work and told me that a 12 seer would not pass inspection that as of 2007 that unit was not allowed. It had to be a 13 sheer. When we started asking questions the contractor became very hostile towards us. We asked if we had done anything to offend him and his answer was if we could get cheaper equipment go ahead and he would just install it. We asked for an itemized statement to see where the costs came from and he answered the same way. After several times of trying to work with him and his wife we gave up and decided not to use them. We felt we had a right to question him and his prices etc. We would not recommend this company to anyone now.

DO NOT purchase from Friedman's.

I went to Friedman's to purchase an engagement ring. Customer service was good that day and I paid the first 2 months payments. I continued to pay 2 months at a time. Shortly after I was called about my payment from their collection department. The agent tells me my payments are due and to make it today. When I explained I already had paid I was told that I cannot pay ahead as I have been and now owe $200+ with payments and late fees. I then began to mail my payments that are due on the 15th, on the 2nd of each month. The past 3-4 months were fine and no problems until October. The payment mailed on the 2nd and I received a call on the 16th, a day after it was due stating they never received it and now have a late fee and need to pay. I asked where my payment was and they would not look to find it. I called my bank and they informaed me the payment was received on teh 7th and sent back with no explanation. I called to speak to Friedman's again and they were not concerned and wanted my payment right away. The only way they would investigate anything is if I could send the envelope to them that they had returned to my bank. I am still having issues as their departments have no contact with each other. The store says I owe $700+, Customer Service says I owe $550+, and collections shows I owe $420+. When asked for them to make sure which one was correct to verify my balance I showed was accurate, Friedman's stated they cannot call anyone and what balance that department has is what needs to be paid. I would others to know that the customer service and lack of communication is horrible here and your payments may not always be received. Instead of calling when they returned the payment to make other arrangements, they waited untli after it was due, added the late fees, and then began harrassing until I would break. I will not allow anyone else I know purchase from their company.

  • Pros: Looks appealing and customer service is only good at first until you buy.
  • Cons: No communication between departments, they do not share info. Each will have a different balance you owe.
