Unfair Business Practices. I made advanced reservations as my husband & I were traveling across country over Christmas and were treating ourselves to a Christmas Eve in luxury. A snow storm shut down I 20 in and out of Dallas and we were forced to cancel our reservation. The desk attendant assured me I would not be charged. I was charged and when I called Kate the sales manager it took several calls and almost a week for her to call me back to tell me it was an advanced purchase and she would NOT BE REFUNDING MY MONEY even due to the storm she remembers was horrific and unusual for Dallas.…
