I used Bibbentuckers for nearly 6 straight years. At first the service was better than average. That was balanced by the higher than average prices but the delivery and great drviers made up for that. Over teh last year the service has gone down drastically and the prices have increased. Tuxedo's or suits that were to be dry cleaned would not be cleaned but merely pressed. The charge, however, would be nearly tha same as if they were cleaned. A tuxedo shirt that was labeled (By Bibbentuckers own bar code) to be dry cleaned was laundered and shrunk. Shirts that were bar coded (again by Bibbentuckers) to be boxed would come back on hangers with no collar stay and those coded to be hung would come back boxed (also without collar stays). Pretty much every thing that was requested was returned completely the opposite of the request. After battling this for over a year and giving them dispensation for the recent fire setback, I finally realixed things would not change and terminated the service. Unless and until they ever get back on track - GO ELSEWHERE and save money in the process.
Pros: Great drivers with great attitudes
Cons: Terrible service, absolutely ignore customer requests or labels, VERY EXPENSIVE

If you have a problem or question, the CEO himself will talk to you and make sure that you're completely satisfied. When you take your laundry, they offer you a drink and candy. There's also the convenient drive-through. Everyone working there is friendly and seems to care. It's great to go somewhere where you know they care and where they make you smile. Oh, and they do a great job with clothes too.
