The Scene
Beauty junkies get their fix at this narrow storefront, where a library-style ladder yields access to floor-to-ceiling glass shelves teeming with de rigueur products in snappy packaging. This popular skin-care spa is a favorite with SMU coeds, new moms who've already lost the weight, and age-defying socialites. Decor is whimsical and modern: an orange and blue interior with water-themed accents, like porthole-shaped mirrors.

The Services
Facials and full-body treatments are the mainstay here, but Aqua also prides itself on staying up-to-the-minute with various medi-spa offerings: powerful chemical peels, Botox and Restalyne injections, diode-laser hair removal, sclerotherapy injections to eliminate spider veins. Patrons can also schedule a massage (choice of either table or chair), scalp treatment or eyebrow arch.
