Exceptional Food, Wendy is Difficult and Rude

I am a previous long time customer. When dealing directly with Wendy you get the idea that she believes her own press. No doubt the food and presentation are exceptional. However, we are talking food and people here. The food is prepared by cooks who are talented but there are plenty of those types around—unemployment is up. The wait staff (very good) are all independent-contractors and work wherever and whenever someone calls. Other folks are in this biz and events are off. Bad economy and all. So, the diva act is great for the opera but not for the person cooking for the after party. The customer ultimately either calls next time or you know, just doesn't.

Perfect Caterer for a wedding!!

Wendy Krispin and staff catered our wedding April 19th and did an amazing job!! She was awesome at working with us to have the perfect menu and providing nice touches to personalize the meal including hors dourves such as bacon wrapped oysters and gumbo shots to incorporate a Lousiana flare (my husband's home state.) The pasta bar served in martini glasses was a rave and many complimented the quality of the tenderloin. We continue to receive compliments on the food!! Great job all the way around!!

elegant surrounding but not stuffy. good food, good service.

lunch is very nice, relaxed and unhurried. it's in a tea-room type setting. feminine yet not too much so. the restaurant is in a high end design showroom complex. also they really shine on the catering side of the business. first class all the way.

The Service is very rude for what you get. I would not reccomend any of there services.

First, the location is awful. Second the service was rude and felt very abrasive almost like they do not want to be there. There are many great restaurants in Dallas to go to besides this one, if you even want to call it a restaurant, it's more like your at an outlet mall. I say keep going past to a better place you know.
