Most horrible management ever.
I am new to dealing with them. They bought out my apartment complex and have bullied the existing tenants to the point people have actually left. Those that havent left theyve threatened and
harrassed. I would never do business with them or advise anyone else to.
When I called to report water leaking in they actually told me they didnt care. Once I left they would fix it when they were renovating. Ill be moving soon. I dont have time to be bullied or deal with these slum lords!…
Not Recommended. While nice people they have no clue as to how an HOA should be managed. They do not keep up with payments, repairs, etc. I would not use them.
Good news. Perry Guest Company recommended and helped me with the purchase of a condo 21/2 years ago. This was done with friendliness and professionalism. The company also manages the HOA for this property with no issues to my knowledge.…
Do NOT Use Them. What a joke....these people are rude, have no idea what they are doing and lie to cover up lies.....DO NOT USE THEM.
Bad Service. Our HOA used this company and they were always late with information, never had any idea as to what was going on. I would NEVER recommend them.
Run and Run FAST....This Company is BAD news. I agree with the other posting. If you hire this company you need to hire an attorny too. Glenda Guest is gossip control. She does nothing but spread gossip and lie. Our property fired them because she could not tell the truth about anything. One lie after another.…

Worst property managment in the world. The managament spreads gossip around about Home owners and miss-manages the HOA funds. They routinley lose HOA funds.
