I had to call them to get status. How could these people have been in business for 42 minutes?

Horrible service! I couldn't even get them to call me back, ever. I had to continually call to find out the status of my tv repair. They'd promise to call me back at x time on x date, and low and behold, they'd never call. I'd call back, get the run around, the promise to call, and nothing changed. I'd never recommend this repair shop to anyone. How they've been in business as long as they have I have no idea.

SLOW, SLOW, SLOW

Took in my dvd player on Tuesday morning at 9am and was told that there was one ticket ahead of me and that they will likely get a diagnose of the problem shortly. By Thursday afternoon, they said that they still have no idea when they will know what is wrong with it. It's one thing to be thorough, but another to be unapologetic and apathetic about customer service.

Took a TV in for repair. They said I had to pay an estimate fee to tell me what was wrong with the TV and how much it was to repair. Sounded good and I agreeded. A week later I got a call saying they could not get the repiar/technical manual for this LCD TV and that I needed to call and get it.! I tried to make the call to get the manual and it was a number for sending in repairs and not manuals, so I did not get the manual. I was still charged the fee for the estimate. WHAT ESTIMATE!! All I got was sorry we can not fix your TV or give you an estimate because we can not get the repair specs! So tell the guy I guess you will not work on these TV's (DEll) any more, and he says no we will keep trying. He did say they had had a problem in the past with getting manuals. If they would have told me this up front I may not have wasted MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!
