MY EXPERIENCE W/TARGET IS THAT IT'S VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND A BAD ONE. THIS LOCATION IS EXCEPTIONAL. THE PLACE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED. I'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM W/AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
