Executive chef and owner of Dallas' Abacus and Jasper's, Kent Rathbun was nominated as the James Beard Foundation's Best Chef: Southwest in 2000 and 2002-2004, and has appeared on TV shows including the Food Network’s "Chef du Jour," the CBS "Early Show," the "Rosie O'Donnell Show" and NBC's "Today Show." He shared some hometown favorites with Citysearch. His latest achievement is beating Iron Chef Bobby Flay alongside his brother from Atlanta, Kevin.
